Privacy

PatentFilm (ipCapital Group, Inc.) collects only what we need to make and deliver your film and to improve our service.

What we collect

• What you give us: name, email, patent number, notes, survey answers and anything you upload.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: pages viewed, buttons clicked and the ad or link that brought you here, stored with a random identifier. If advertising pixels are enabled (Meta, Google, TikTok), those companies may also receive this information under their own policies.

How we use it

To make and deliver your film, answer you, measure which ads and pages work, and improve the service. We don’t sell your personal information. We use AI service providers to produce films; we send them public patent material and your notes, not your payment details.

Our email list

If you sign up for 20% off, we email you a personal code, a short welcome series over the next 30 days and then about one offer a month. We send it through Resend, our email provider. The series stops when you order, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Emails about an order you place (receipts, delivery) still arrive after you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Ask us to access, correct or delete your information at hello@patentfilm.com. Marketing emails always include a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by replying “unsubscribe”.
